i phoned up my ISP which is AOL to enquire about wirless and they told me that since i am on the lowest price plan Silver that it was not available and i had to uprgrade to gold, i mean i pay £17.99 a month which is a bit steep and now they want me to pay £24 a month surley this is a con??

Andrew
I am fairly sure that you have already been advised on this.. you buy a
wireless broadband router, D-Link Di 624 for example, and the wireless pci
or usb adapters for each computer to be connected.. in the case of a
desktop, it could still be hardwired which would save the cost of a wireless
card..

Well now, you never will know, will you Andrew? You would actually have to
come back and look for a response to your posts, but you aren't going to do
that, are you, Andrew? What does it feel like to talk into the vast void of
space and never see a response? I'll bet it's lonely; isn't it, Andrew? Most
folks would just give up; but not you. Most folks would wonder why; but not
you. You just keep asking and asking.

Get rid of the computer. As you admitted in a previous post, you don't
have a clue.
