I have the winexit.scr provided in the resource kit set as the screensaver on
the local machine policy. I have the file in the System32 folder. If I log
on as a user with Admin rights it will show on the screen saver tab as the
current screen saver and work correctly. If I remove the users Admin rights,
and log back in, it will not be avaliable as an option and will not work. I
found articles from Windows NT saying to give rights to a certain reg key,
but that does not work. In fact I tried giving full rights to users group to
the C:\ drive, and each registry hive. I thought if it worked like that I
could at least narrow it down. Any help would be appreciated.
