Multiple Channel Viewing on Single TV Monitor

Hello,
You've probably seen 6 different tv channels shown on a single TV screen at sports bars and such.

I'd like to create the same at my home. What considerations do I need to take in mind e.g. TV tuners -- do I need 6 tuners within the TV? How does the cable box TV tuner work -- would I need 6 of those? Splitters? etc. etc.
