Windows 7 Ultimate System Recovery Disc?

Can i still use the CD that came with the motherboard to install Windows 7 if i change my ssd and CPU?

Yes. You may need to re-activate windows.

It looks like an OEM version of some kind. If it is an OEM, then you should be OK as long as you don't change the motherboard.
