can we disable right click on taskbar?

Well, my question is right in the title.
can we disable right click on tasbar (only taskbar).

Do you have XP Professional?If you have then:-
Start>Run>gpedit.msc>ok
Expand Administrative Templates under User Configuration>Higlight Start
Menu and Taskbar>Select-Prevent Changes to Taskbar and Start Menu
Settings>Double Click on it and select 'Enabled'>Apply/Ok

But this will also prevent you to select properties when you right click
on Start Menu button.
