Anybody know why this is happening

ok so i built my pc yesterday and today im installing OEM windows 7 64 bit
however on the startup screen my mouse cursor wont show and i cant click anything so i cant start anything
anybody know how to fix this it will gladly be appreiciated

Using an USB 2.0 port? Is Legacy enabled in BIOS?

Try another mouse. Try another USB port. Try a PS2 mouse. Does the keyboard work? If you can navigate with the keyboard what does Device Manager look like?
