Hey anyone please help with prob I have GP215 Photocopier

It doesn't seem to be able to take the passwords that I was given through Canon which were given to the previous owners of the machine. It was given to me to help us out for a new business we are desperately waiting anxiously I have no idea how to reset this stupid machine. I can't get a hold of a download of a service manual. I would even be happier if someone told me over the net.
