Wireless printer shows offline

Hello,
I have been unable to get a wireless printer to stay online on Samsung/Windows 7 laptop. Thinking it was a problem with my Epson NX515, I got a new printer--Canon MG5220 and same problem! Prints text page fine then offline. How can I fix this??

re-install the software! or go to the manufcturers website. good luck on the wireless, it should pick it up. check the software settings in the control panel. or use XP
