Why not able to shrink

hello, i have hp dv6 ,my C drive size is 450 gb and 205 gb is free ,yet i able to shrink only 9 mb .

The operating system has stupidly put immovable files at the end of your hard drive. It cannot move them so it limits how far you can shrink your hard drive. The way to get around this is dodgy at best. It involves removing the hard drive from your laptop and plugging it into another computer and using this to shrink your hard drive. The danger is that your laptop hard drive may become unbootable.
