CAN WE have a CPUs Archive 2003 now?

are they waiting to feb. to make the 'CPUs Archive 2003' so that there will be some threads in the current one?

...thought that with all the complaining going on about how slow it is that that would did that by now...

even though for some reason the forum seems to have spead up by second or 2 its still slow.
