Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop not boot

I have updated BIOS on Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop. It doesnt boot up, gives a long beep and two short beeps. Shows nothing on screen now. How do i reset to default?

Can you reach the BIOS menu using the F2 key during power ON?
Try resetting the BIOS to default.
