How to get driver for 545 inspiron webcam

Hello,
I am using windows 7 on my laptop and not able to install the webcam drivers on my laptop please give me a resolution for it

545 appears to be a Desktop computer. Also, 545 Desktop is missing two letters in the model number. Most confusing.

Goto http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs
Click on Select model
Click on the appropriate selection to find the DELL drivers.
