Win 7/8 run only in safe mode, reinstalling does not help.

Hello, i've got some problems with my hp laptop.
So, windows freezes after boot animation (BSOD appeared one time - 0x0000016), loads fine in safe mode. I've reinstalled it couple of times on different hdds, and still the same - windows starts only one time. And, eah, though bsod blames on video card driver, the card itself seem to run well - no image artefacts, no overheat, etc.

Try using vLite and slipstream the graphics driver.
