are you talking about network card drivers?

I'm not really sure. My computer did a re-start then gave me a message that said "fixing start up menu" or some such thing. When the computer finally re-started my internet driver and all information was gone. Now I can not get on the internet at all with that computer.

go in to the Device Manager and check which drivers you are missing
