Newbie to the group here...

Just purchased a TSPP about a month ago (latest run) and have been
moving deeper in the game. I have read the rules sheet I found on here
- great help!

QUESTIONS:

When starting a SMS -- I only get 4 balls when started by itself. Is
this correct? I thought it should be 5.

When starting a Couch then an Itchy/Scratchy I go from 3 balls to 4
balls -- I was expecting 5? Is 4 correct?

What does it take to get a 5 ball multi-ball going??

Great game. I have had a few bugs but the Stern tech svc have been a
great help.

Hmm, I'm positive that should be a 5-ball mode.

I&S adds one ball to whatever is going on.

SMS and SDMEWM are 5 balls. You can also start Pretzel multiball during
Couch to get 5 as well. Alien Invasion can also get up to 5 balls going.

I&S: 2 balls (+1)
Couch: 3 balls (+2)
Pretzel: 3 balls (+2)
Mystery: 5 balls
Alien: up to 5 balls
SDMEWM: 5 balls

Are you sure that 1) you have 5 balls installed and 2) they are all
registering correctly?

Thanks for the help and quick response. Good to know my machine works
properly.

Not to hog your time, but one other:

I occasionally get a droopy garage door but it only seems to happen
during heavy play (during SMS or Alien Invasion...). Any thoughts as
to why it only happens then? I assume it is not "programming", but it
does seem to be related to length/strength of pulse to open door during
heavy play?? It really never opens properly. It seems to be too much
of a coincidence that it only happens during a long, big point ball.

Thanks again. Service from Stern may get me to purchase another new
one! TSPP is a classic - a true "Top 10" machine!

At one time I had random Your Mother jokes down here.
Maybe someday they'll return...

Considering how many times I've played this I can't believe I haven't
noticed. I must always have an I&S running at the same time! :)

does anyone know what the headlights of the car and the grandfather
light are for.

i don't know what the headlights of the car and grandfather are used
for.

Thx
