Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T6600 (2.20GHz/800Mhz FSB/2MB cache),
Intel® Pentium® Dual Core™ T4400 (2.2GHz/800MHz FSB/1MB cache
What is the difference between the two above?
Looking for basic laptop, documents, spreadsheets, no gaming, surfing, blogging.

The difference is that T6600 has more cache which won't make a noticeable difference in apps(unless its very CPU-Intensive)

For basic laptop, documents, spreadsheets, no gaming, surfing, blogging practically zero difference. Certainly no difference you'd notice.
In testing with the Passmark CPU benchmark the T6600 scored 1571 and the T4400 scored 1550.
