Sudden xtrasmall types in Treo

Dear all,
all letter types in my Treo 600 have suddenly turned so small that you can't
even read them.
I don't seem to have done any strange installation before. I restored from card
but after two pen touches or buttons pressed it goes back again to Xtra small
type.
Did this happened to anyone already or heard about.
