Marco's has the spinning Disc decals, as Im sure most other vendors do.
As to the Drop Traget Plastic, Mad Amusements may have had one a long
time ago, but, damned if Im too tired to remember. Check out his ebay
auctions for his listings. The right ramp will probabaly be the
hardest to find. Premeire amusements did some repo's of all the Whirl
plastics, but you may want to forget about ever hearing about this due
to quality, check out past posts! ~Pinball Bret
