planned system layout, advice wanted

I'm building a new P$ system i planning on overclocking it a moderate amount and would like advice on any improvents/changes i should make to this set up
Mobo= Abit IC7-MAX3
CPU= P4 2.8c plan on taking this to at least 3.2
HS=Thermalright sp-94 with a Thermaltake SmartFan2 for home /+ Vantec tornado for LANs
Ram= Corsair TWINX1024-3700PT 1GB DDR466 XMS3700 Dual-Channel Memory
Case= Thermaltake XaserV Damier V5000A (black)
HD= Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 ST3160023AS 160GB Serial ATA 7200RPM
GPU= SAPPHIRE RADEON 9800PRO
PSU= Thermaltake Silent PurePower 560W
plus a coupe extra fans, some CCFL and a CDr burner

this setup wil cost me about $1475 US,

Check out the Is7 mobo, it's benchmarks are as good or better for a lot less money. May as well get a DVD burner at todays prices. LG is making everyone elses optical drives now, but sell their own cheeper.
