Buy retail. The stock fan is great ( quiet and cool) and the extra warranty is very nice. The stock hsf is good to xp3200+ speeds.

Swiftech MCX370-0A is kind old but it was the best when I brought it. It is very easy to install and very quiet(It come with Pabst fan). I hope I can use it as long as possible.
