What is a good headset for around 130 dollars?

Hello, I have 130 dollars and I wanted to get a pair of gaming headphones with a good microphone.. I like to do commentary video's on my youtube channel for games I play and I wanted to get a very nice headset that would work for what I need.. I want them to be over the ears instead of sitting on my ears because that hurts my ears really fast.
I was thinking of the Sennheiser PC 350's they look pretty good and at my exact price.. 130 they have a microphone but I don't know about how comfortable they are.
Any suggestions?
