Sometimes startup programs don't start

Hi,

Depending on when I login after startup, I don't always get all my startup
programs starting (Icons don't appear in the tray). If I login a couple of
seconds after the login screen shows, then all is OK. If I login too soon or
wait too long, then some of my programs don't start.

Any ideas?

I guess some of your services required by your startup programs are not
started and possible thats the reason your programs not starting.
You also mentioned it wont start if you login too late, not sure about
this. Do you always login with same user ?
