Hi

The Help and Support don't start. Using F1 or the filelocation
C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries\helpctr.exe.
No errors in Eventlog.
Any one width a hint, how to correct this ?

OS: Windows XP SP2

Regards

Lars

Here are a couple of links that might help:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/fix_windows_xp_help.htm
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/top10faqs.htm

If this fails, re-install Help:
Open %systemroot%\inf folder and locate the PCHealth.inf file (might show as
PCHealth in W.Explorer). Right-click the file and choose "Install". If you
have a Service Pack installed, be sure to point to the
%Windir%\i386\ServicePackFiles folder.
