RX500

Hello,
I have a RX500 printer. Black ink is low, and as I go to change it, I can't get "set-up" on the screen. It is stuck on "scan". Help!

The RX500's can set you back in the seat. Has a message from mars appeared mentoning you are now free to unplug the unit and unclench your spinchter.
