Where can I find the driver for an external drive simpletech containing a hitachi model: hdt721010sla360.

Is it an USB external drive, isn't it? It should be working without any additional driver, I guess. What happens when you connect it, is it not recognized? Do you have this for a long time, or is it brand new?
