Who's got one, and what can I expect to pay?

Marco Specialties lists a number of GP boards
on their site. You might contact them for a
NOS one for a good price.

You will probably have to speak directly to
Mark, though.

If you are missing the SDU - 1 then you are missing the relay and clip also.
I will check to see if I have a up and running complete board.
