How can i use a guitar amp on stage for vocals, and get the signal to the sound

I have searched for a while for the right sound for my vocals on stage, i wanted some natural distortion and reverb. I have been using a small Marshal at home which i like the sound of If i were to use this on stage how can i get the signal to the sound man so he can mix it all but still using my amp. There are 2 jack output sockets; one for phones and the other is an emulated line out jack socket. If you have any suggestions how to get the sound from the amp to the desk that would be great, i tried a boss voice pedal but i didn't like the sound, if there are warm more analogue sounds for voice how do i get them/? Many thanks Hannah

  1. The line out will work into the PA mixer, but generally, a microphone to pick up the amp speaker is better.
