just curious , I find myself checking temps, volts etc.
2-3 times a week & defrag/virus scan weekly and everything is always fine
is this normal behavior or should I seek professional help ??

Sounds normal. Don't think you need to defrag every week though, maybe just once a month. You might also want to check out MBM5 if you haven't already done so, you can get addicted just looking at your temps every second.

i check my temps very often, I'm using Asus Probe and it's a handy utility tool. I usually check after each game i played. Asus probe is accessable through the bottom icon bar in windows hiddened. I just checked and my temps are 40c idle on stock cooler. that's right were it should be when Im surfing. after full load it's 50-51c. And I didn't even use Arctic silver compound.

You confirmed the temps shown there is consistant with the BIOS? Heard Asus-Probe was junk.

Asus probe checks CPU socket temps not Diode temps.
try MBM5/Aida/sandra , they check socket & diode temps
alot of times socket temp is much lower than actual CPU
diode (core)
CPU core is the most important temp

I never check either. I'll worry about it when it burst into flames.
