I overclocked my Athlon 2500+ (Barton) by increaing the FSB frequency from 166 to 200 MhZ (FSB 333 to 400) with the jumpers on the mother board (Soyo KT600 Dragon Plus) I tried to lower the FSB Frequency back to factory but the numbers in windows and WCPUID say the nothing changed. However, when the FSB Frequency is down to 100, the numbers say the processor is an XP 1900+. Can anyone explain what is happening?
