please help me why one of my laptop suddenly has no internet access.no matter what I tried its still does not connet.It is show that its connecting to my main network but it said no internet access.Thank you so much your knowledge.

make sure that the wireless network your laptop is trying to connect to is the correct network for your home network also make sure you have the correct password entered that will also keep you from connecting.he is connected to the network ...just has no internet access...most likely IE update screwed things up. My coworker had the same issue so I installed chrome and it worked.

Try opening a command prompt window. Then type "Ping www.foxnews.com" (without quotes).
Should see four replies from 198.87.51.27 and a time.
If this checks out then the problem is IE

I installed google chrome,however one day I was installed the FREE Youtube Converter then all h_ll break loose...I typed in the correct router password,whatelse do I need...thanks to all response..
