Lately I've been getting the Bsod. It has been random and is not correlated with anything that I can see. I was hoping that one of you fine lads could help me before I take it into a shop or do a clean install. My system is dual booted with Ubuntu 12.10 on the other partition. These issues started once I did a repair install of windows 7. The repair install was needed because it would not come out of Diagnostic mode. The output from blue screen view is as follows.

what did u do that necesitated a repair install of windows? why were u in Diagnostic mode and what were u doing?

In an attempt to minimize drive activity while I did a defrag I entered into diagnostic mode. After the defrag was finished I switched it back to selective start-up and then restarted my computer. However, it was still in diagnostic mode and would not exit.

It's driver or memory related. That NETIO.SYS is listed indicates that the problem may lie in the network adapter driver. Try removing/reinstalling your network drivers.

I've run a full 8 passes of memtest on each of my memory sticks separately and it returned zero errors. I will try re-installing my network drivers and see if that helps.
