Is my CPU temp good? or too High?

My current CPU temp is 48C/118F, Mobo temp 25C/77F and that is only with this browser open, dunno how hot it gets when I play games and stuff.
Is this normal temp? or too high?

With those temps, I am guessing you are running an Athlon XP? Those are the same temps I get with my Athlon XP 2400+ and stock heatsink. Give us the specs of your system.

Thats about consistent with the stock HSF
