My compute screen says the file or directory c:/window/temp/firstUX is corrupt and unreadable run Chkdsk utility. Wat is that

Run it -- that is the windows utility that checks HDD integrity.

That sounds like a virus issue, nothing should be running from your temp directory, it's actually good that you can't run what it's trying to. There is probably a startup entry that is trying to run that file left over.

A virus scan may not fix that though, find someone that knows computers and ask them to remove this entry.

in your c: drive open the windows program and then look at the temp files in if you see that first UX
