I am using a laptop that has a SSD. My pc says it has a total of 95.3 GB of space. And it says that 8.3 GB is free. But when i select all the folders in my SSD, the computer says it is only using 60.3 GB of space.

I am wondering what happened to the 35 GB of space.

I'm not running any other program other than chrome at this point. So I don't think any programs are hogging the space.
(other than the OS and other minor programs, razer synapse, steam etc.)

Thanks in advance :)

The problem is probably the following:

- the swap file. Do you have a second drive? If so you can move it to that. If you have 8GB or more you can disable it completely
- the the hibernation file. Delete it by turning hibernation off. There are plenty of guides on the web for how to do that (just google it). The hibernation file is there to speed up turning your computer on and off. It's not necessary if you have an SSD
- system restore files. You can delete all but the last system restore using the inbuilt utility disk cleanup
