System disk

Well if you erased everything then you need to reinstall the OS. Most manufacturers have recovery disks you can purchase. Advice: Create your own system disks when you buy a laptop.

Well, you would need to install an OS. "Insert system disk" is the general message when it can't find an OS to boot.

I did just as you said. Everytime I insert windows xp Pro., it still says insert system disk.
