Hello All:

I have a 1 year old Presario 2135US laptop. It shipped with XP home.
After 3 months the registry got trashed and had to reinstall windows.
Three months later same thing. I switched to XP pro and have had the
same problems. I just finished doing my 4th full windows install and
I'm about ready to throw this thing through a wall. I run Norton AV -
always keep up to date with it. Use Norton utilities to keep an eye
on the operating system. Use ad-aware etc, etc, etc.

What in the hell is going on with this computer??? Why does the
registry keep going out of whack?

Thanks in advance!

Terry

Good recommendation. I've used SpyBot Search & Destroy for years as well. PC
World mag recently gave it the top ranking for spyware removal utilities.
The fact it's free is a bonus. I'd use it if i had to pay for it.
