I have an Optimus Dynamic Microphone (33-3018), and I am using it to record a couple of vocal audio clips. When I record on my laptop, everything seems to be in order, but when I try to record on my desktop, I get a bunch of high pitched static. I'm not sure if its interference within the audio card but I have tried unplugging everything but the mic and it still records with the static.
