looks like the memory controller have gotten a bit of an overhaul to me, slower command rate and improved memory compatability.

The article is somewhat hardtu understand, but we can clearly see that the CG revision is more stable in more memory configuration, so it's great!

The only problem with the embedded memory controller architecture of the Athlon 64, is that if it's not top-notch, you can't change your MB and expect better performance.

I'm glad I didn't buy an A64 yet, because this core revision is good for the platform. But, should we expect another revision soon? It would be great to see a DDR500 A64

If you try and read Japanese when it's Chinese (Hong Kong), you’re bound to have a problem. Try the clicky translate version.

The key points that I got from that article are that:
1. The CG requires a BIOS update to support.
2. The CG is compatible with mixed brand and timing memory sticks.
3. The CG can finally run with all memory banks full of DDR400.
4. The CG actually performs slightly worse than the C0 because to achive stability with 2 and 3 AMD had to worsen the performance of the memory controller.

And these are some of my favorite translation bloopers:
thought, if the fruit market on only few C0 edition
Hopefully there will not be any C0 steppings sold to the fruit market!

CG promotes makes city on the C0 edition
Wow. CG can fit a whole city onto the C0.

therefore AMD also hoped desalinates the event
Good. I hate too much salt.

the CPU surface foreword minute, then revealed in the CPU first line of final English writing has been unreliable
Yes, English writing has been very unreliable.

makes each time to enter the Windows all friendship
M$ loves you. M$ is your friend.

the C0 version and the CG edition under a pattern has any minute in the potency, but in above fruit minute Yu?
Uh, yeah ... Yu fruit in a minute.
