Windows XP home SP 2 system (using the Internet type start menu, not the
classic menu)

when I go to start/programmes I now get one continuous column of my
programmes and I have to use the arrows to search up and down.
I used to have several columns which made it much easier to use but somehow
they have reverted to the single column can you please tell me how to get
the multicolumn back.
Thanks in anticipation
George

Right click start|properties|customize|advanced tab. In the start menu items
window, scroll down near the bottom and uncheck 'scroll programs'.
