Jason, I to am getting this error message-->
Microsoft Broadband Networking has a known compatibility
issue with this version of Windows. For an update that is
compatible with this version of Windows, contact
Microsoft Broadband Networking.
I am running XP SP2 as well, and I dont understand what
you meant by "There's nothing you can't setup with the
Base Station Management Tool"???
Does This mean I can still install the BSManagement Tool
without causing problems?

The Base Station Management tool is built into the router. It does not need
to be updated for SP2 as it is OS dependent. Depending on what router you
have, the above update may or may not update your firmware where the BSMT is
stored.
You do not need the MS BNU to setup any router. You can do ALL the setup
via the Base Station Management Tool.
