Hm i need best >!quiet!< pc cpu cooler,
Heatsink and best paste?
I dont know very much about cooler anyone can sugest me what cooler ....paste to get?
and where to see online some links?

The Coolermaster jet 4 is a nice P4 Heatsink. It isn't the coolest option, but very good none the less. Best of all you can fully adjust the RPM so make it as quiet or fast as you need. I mostly just use the retail Intel fan myself though.

Since you are not from the US I assume, i can't send you links on where you can buy it. But here is the fan.
