Windows 7 Internet Problem!
Last response: in Windows 7
Hi. I just got new laptop and it has windows 7 64bit in it. And after I turn my laptop on for 1 or 2 hours my internet suddenly doesn't work and I'd have to disconnect and reconnect it in order to make it work.!! I don't know what's causing this or how to fix this problem please help.!
i ran troubleshooting and it says

your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource(www.microsoft.com) is not resonding.
according to this problem how can i fix this?

Try to install updated drivers for your network device.

Specify the model of your network device, and I'll try search for the drivers.
You can look for details on your network device in the "Computer Management":
Right click on "My Computer" --> "Manage" --> choose "Device Manager" --> double click on "Network Adapters"
Please tell us what devices you have in the list of the Network adapters.
