Usb does not work

Hello, it seems all the usb ports do not work on my laptop. My usb mouse doesn't work, and my other usb devices do not work either. All the usb drivers are installed properly as detected.

How can I solve this problem?

You can try the steps in this tutorial:

which can repair any system files which may have caused the ports to stop working.

After trying EzRiIgK's solution, if the problem still persists, it could be a faulty mobo. It happened to me years back, suddenly all my USB ports were not responding, and I had to change my motherboard.
