To try and make this post the slightest bit helpful(and no im not commenting on the responses just the question) you can use ninite to package up many free tools and install them all at once. Comes in handy for reformat installs etc.

Q. Where can I download common software for free?
A. Google it!

Q. I need a serial for software/OS.....
A. Buy it!
Q. Asking about upgrades to Dell's/HP's/Compaq's
A. Go to the manufacture website! Vendors help site and forums are more suited for your particular brand.

Nah, the most irritating about these people is that they get their answer (someone else does their homework and serves them the idea/link on a silver platter), and they don't even bother to say 'thanks' or pick the respective answer as the best for the thread, thus giving credit where it's due.
