We have two labs that won't allow usb flash drives to work under user rights
and get the following error:

You must be a member of the Admininistrator's group on this computer to
install the hardware: Cruzer Mini.

We do have a couple of other labs with user rights that work with user
rights. Is there any way to fix this?
