I lost pics in locker.bat file

Hello,
i have lost my pics in locker.bat file,,, i moved the folders to another location and they are no longer there and are not in recycle bin,,, any suggestions on where they may have went?

Goto "folder options" in control panel and uncheck the option "Hide protected operating system file". If you have the name of a lost file, search for it on th entire drive.
