Circuit city warranties

Hello,
I have a HP Notebook Model TX2110US purchased 7/10/2008 with a four yesr Protections plan.
It was returned under warranty 12/07/2009 because it would not boot up and a similar problem is occuring again.

What is the process for getting it fixed now?

If you look at the fine print on your Circuit City warranty you'll see it's actually with Assurant Solutions. They're still in business even if Circuit City isn't.
