posted a response to your question in the memory forum. if getting it quick is important, you can get a 2x512mb of the mushkin ram linked above by igottaknife at newegg for around 250. i have it running in my box with an epox 4pc3a+ at 2-2-2-5.

Corsair's low lentency series...TWINX1024-3200LL rated 2-3-2-6, but mine has run 2-2-2-6 @ 2.6v, even with the gaming enhancement set to F1 on an Abit IS7, 2-2-2-6 is no problem at all. The Mushkin is rated lower though, and generally considerd the lowest latency ram right. But then again, what review site hasn't used Corsair's LL series for hardware reviews? Even Toms Hardware is running corsair at 2-2-2-6 in their latest precott review. Very good ram.

Moving up to higher speed ram above PC3200, good luck keeping those kind of times for very long. If someone could find DDR500 that ran 2-2-2-6, wow.

Edit: I'll have to check the chips on both sides though. Not sure off-hand

if you want 5-2-2-2 timings, or 11-2-2-2 or anything-2-2-2 and want to be guaranteed to get those 2-2-2 timings, or want to OVERCLOCK and still be able to run 2-2-2, or 3-2-2 timings you need BH-5 equipped memory modules. BH-5 is no longer in production and these are hard to find... and are very valuable:) I've got 2 256mb sticks of corsair xms3500 that are bh5. they can run 5-2-2-2 @ 220, and 11-3-2-2 @ 230:) (I use 11 not 5 most of the time, I havn't tried 5 @ 230mhz).
I might sell em on ebay or something, one guy sold a gig and a half of bh5 for over 800 dollars. The stuffs gold now:)

Me: are you saying I can't provide?
Me: cause I know I can provide.
Me: oh and I can provide money too;)
Rachel:): why do we need money when we can just stay in our room and have sex all day?
