Acer sound device complents

hi good evening


sir i am sanichan i was brought acer lapto 1 year ago, i have installes action voip, at the time of calling not connecting the line and one messege is came like" you canot calling due to sound device problem in this computer" what is the reason? how can solve it. please advice me
