hi. i just wanted to know if someone could explain to me exactly what stepping is in respect to Intel cpu's. also, if someone could explain how Intel and AMD come up with the nomenclature for their cpu's(i.e. what the numbers and x mean). i saw the review for the new prescott cpu's and read what was there on this but i am still a little confused. one more thing, what is TDP? thanks to any who answer for your time.
